| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Traditional Sweets We accept card payments. Traditional Sweets If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. | Shipping And Handling Traditional Sweets We only supply to MAINLAND UK addresses. This excludes any deliveries over water, such as Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Mann. All orders weighing under 175kg are sent by a next day courier service. Orders over 175kg are sent on a small pallet by Palletways. You will be requested for a signature to confirm delivery. |
| Delivery Schedule Providing the goods are in stock, any orders received will be despatched within 48-72 hours. If we have to manufacture some of the products, your order will be despatched within 72 hours. Traditional Sweets Delivery times are typically 3 – 5 working days from the time that we receive your order. This excludes orders received on the weekend or bank holidays. All items will be shipped on a next day service with either DPD Next Day (for orders under 175kg) or Palletways (for orders over 175kg). Traditional Sweets We are able to supply a consignment number for you Traditional Sweets You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. | Back Orders Traditional Sweets If your item is not in stock, but due to be manufactured soon, we will hold your order (up to 5 working days) to try to despatch it as one. If this is not possible we will despatch the majority of your order and despatch the remaining items as and when they become available – we will always email you to inform you of this. In the highly unlikley event that items will be unavailable for an extended period we will email you asking whether you would like to wait or cancel. |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Traditional Sweets You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
